Youth Wellness Seminars

Welcome to Youth Wellness Seminars — a place where young people come together to grow, connect, and thrive.

 

Our program is designed to help youth build confidence, find

purpose, and discover practical strategies for success in school, career, and life. Through engaging workshops, fun group activities, and meaningful community

connections, participants learn tools for motivation, stress management, and personal growth. At the same time, they enjoy potlucks, games, outdoor adventures, and creative experiences that make learning exciting and memorable.

This is more than a seminar—it’s a supportive community where you can explore new ideas, meet like-minded peers, and create lasting friendships. Every session is designed to enrich your psychological wellness, spark motivation, and help you achieve your goals with clarity and joy.

Hypnosis & Skills Group

The Hypnosis & Skills Group is a supportive and transformative space designed to help you strengthen your mind, nurture your well-being, and connect with others on a meaningful path. Through a structured, bi-weekly program, participants will explore the practice of self-hypnosis alongside practical skills that promote lasting growth and balance.

Each session offers guided group hypnosis to calm the mind and relax the body, as well as the opportunity to develop essential life skills. Together, we will focus on managing emotions with clarity, improving relationship and communication skills, staying mindful and present, and navigating stressful or difficult moments with greater confidence. Reflection through journaling, open dialogue, and supportive group connection will further enrich the experience.

This group is ideal for adults who are seeking a professional yet welcoming environment to build resilience, reduce stress, and foster deeper self-understanding. Participants will leave with practical tools that encourage emotional strength, stronger relationships, and greater self-compassion, while also developing habits that support long-term well-being. Sessions are held bi-weekly for 90 minutes at Internal Tone, providing a consistent and safe space for growth and connection.
